The studio provides 3D architectural visualization (renders, animations, site plans), web design and development, motion and animation, photography and drone videography, and film and music production services. All work is handled directly by Kiar, with no subcontractors or outsourcing.
The studio is based in Vancouver, BC, but operates remotely and works with clients across North America. All phases of a project can be completed without in-person meetings.

Getting Started
Fill out the project request form with as much detail as you can. You'll hear back within 24 hours with a quote and timeline. For urgent inquiries, email hello@kiarnovar.com directly.
Timelines vary by scope. A single render can be completed in 3-5 business days. A full presale package (renderings, site plan, building animation, web page) typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and revision cycles. Timelines are confirmed at the proposal stage.
For 3D work: architectural drawings, material specs, and site context. For web: brand guidelines, copy, and reference sites. For photography: location, date, and access. If you don't have everything ready, we can discuss what's available and structure the project accordingly.
Standard engagements include one major revision stage and two minor revision stages per deliverable. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at the applicable hourly rate. All revisions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving a proof.
Payments
Projects under $1,000 CAD are paid in full before work begins. Projects over $1,000 require a 50% deposit before commencement, with the balance due before final file delivery. Read the full Terms and Conditions for payment policy details.
We accept e-transfer (Interac), credit card, PayPal, bank/wire transfer, and certified cheque. Canadian clients are invoiced in CAD, all others in USD.
Canadian clients are charged applicable GST/HST. International clients are not charged Canadian sales tax. Tax details are confirmed at the invoicing stage.
Deliverables
Final files are delivered in all formats required for your use case. For 3D renders: high-resolution JPEGs and TIFFs. For web: exported code files or live deployment. For video: MP4 in broadcast or web specs. For photography: full-resolution RAW and retouched JPEGs. Specific format requirements are confirmed during scoping.
All deliverables are shared via a secure download link. The studio retains project files for 60 days post-delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving all final files.
Upon final payment, you receive full commercial usage rights for all agreed deliverables across digital, print, and broadcast media. The studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless exclusion is agreed in writing.
